It is official: Diablo 4 is collaborating with StarCraft in Season 10. While many fans expected the IP collab from this season to be outside of Blizzard, Team 3 surprised players with one of the company’s core franchises instead, albeit one that has gotten little love in recent years. This new Diablo 4 crossover event is set to begin on September 26 and lasts for two weeks until October 10.
From cash shop bundles to Twitch Drops, it can be hard to keep the contents of this collaboration straight. Here is everything that is known about the Diablo 4 x StarCraft crossover ahead of the start of the event.
The Diablo 4 x StarCraft Collab Explained
Lots of Premium StarCraft Cosmetics in the Diablo 4 Cash Shop
Like it was in the Berserk collab, the Tejal’s Shop is front and center in this crossover. Each class in Diablo 4 gets an armor and weapon set bundle inspired by iconic StarCraft characters like Jim Raynor, Zeratul, and Kerrigan. Beyond these class-locked cosmetics, gamers can also get a Zergling Mount and a Hydralisk Companion, each coming with Mount Trophies and other goodies.
The prices for these bundles have not been officially released. These numbers have been derived from similar Diablo 4 bundles in the past, including the Berserk and World of Warcraft collaborations.

Some Free StarCraft Stuff for All Diablo 4 Fans
Luckily, not everything in the StarCraft collab will have a price tag. A weapon and emblem corresponding to one of the StarCraft factions can be picked up from the shop each day for the first three days of the collab. The Protoss set goes live alongside the event, with the Terran and Zerg duos coming on the next two days – but once they are added to the store, players will be able to pick them up for free for the duration of the crossover.
- September 26
- Ancient of the Void Emblem
- Arm of the Purifier Mace
- September 27
- Forward until Dominion Emblem
- Heat of Char Polearm
- September 28
- The Teeming Brood Emblem
- Parasite Spitter Crossbow
Additionally, a new set of Twitch Drops will help celebrate the event as well. For the duration of the collaboration, fans can watch up to six hours of any Diablo 4 channel on Twitch to earn three more Emblems sporting the logos of each faction from the RTS.
- 2 Hours: Forward unto Dominion (Terran) Emblem
- 4 Hours: Ancient of the Void (Protoss) Emblem
- 6 Hours: The Teeming Brood (Zerg) Emblem
The two sets of Emblems were referred to by the same names in the announcement blog, but one or the other will likely be called something different when they are made available.
No New StarCraft-Themed Diablo 4 Gameplay
Unfortunately, unlike the Berserk collaboration, or Diablo Immortal’s crossover with Hearthstone, the Diablo 4 x StarCraft event will contain no gameplay aspects. All the cosmetics are either paid or free items from the cash shop or Twitch Drops, meaning there are no in-game events or activities that must be completed during the collaboration.
